Return policy

Customer may return products within 14 days after accepting the product, shipping paid by the customer

For a return, the item must be in new, unused condition. This means that the tags must be in place, the packaging must not be damaged, and the item must show no signs of use or washing.

Returning an item may require filling out a special form or providing certain information such as the buyer’s name, order number and reason for return. You may also be required to provide contact information for communication.

We do not accept returns on underwear or accessories. There may also be exceptions for sale items or items purchased at a discount.

Refunds may be for the original method of payment, exchange for another item, or issuing a promo code for in-store purchases.

The Company’s partner is the courier service of SDEK-Global, LLC. Delivery terms and conditions according to the regulations for the reimbursable provision of courier services
