Checkout process

We accept payment by the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Yandex Pay, SBP. With SBP it is easy to make purchases online without having to enter your card details on the website. The amount will be debited from your card once you confirm payment for the item. Make sure you have entered the correct details for the selected payment method. If you have a problem paying with your bank card, we recommend that you contact your bank’s technical support. If your bank’s support cannot resolve the problem, you can contact our customer service for further assistance: support@projectapril.xyz.

RIGHT OF RETURN

The buyer can return the goods within 14 days of acceptance, shipping is paid by the buyer. To return, the item must be in new, unused condition. This means that the labels must be in place, the packaging must not be damaged, and the item itself must show no signs of use or washing. To return an item, you may be required to fill out a special form or provide certain information such as the buyer’s name, order number and reason for return. You may also be required to provide contact information for communication. We do not accept lingerie or accessories for return. Exceptions may be made for sale items or items purchased at a discount. Returns may be made by the original method of payment, exchange for another item, or by issuing a promo code for in-store purchases.
